Sioux Lookout, ON – A boil water advisory was issued late yesterday afternoon after a contractor, working on private property, inadvertently struck a watermain and caused a break.

Sioux Lookout, ON – Contractors and Municipal staff have been hard at work, completing essential renovations at the Sioux Lookout Recreation Centre. The facility has been closed to the public since June 10th to allow work to be done while ensuring public safety.
Due to delays with contractors and suppliers, we have made the difficult decision to remain closed until Friday, August 23, 2024.
