Sioux Lookout, ON – As we near the end of the summer minor sports schedules, the Recreation and Culture Department would like to remind parents of some important dates coming up.

August 16th to 20th will be the last week of regular season minor sports. For all sessions that were cancelled due to the weather, the make-up dates are listed below. Please note that the schedule has been condensed into three days – so please look carefully to see when your children’s sessions will be. They may be playing on different days of the week than during the regular season.

Monday August 23rd, 5:30-6:30 p.m.:
Ages 5-6 and Ages 7-8 Soccer – Sioux Mountain Field (These age groups will be sharing the field.)
Ages 3-4 Baseball – Outdoor Complex DIAMOND B
Ages 9-10 Baseball – Outdoor Complex DIAMOND A 

Tuesday August 24th, 5:30-6:30 p.m.:
Ages 9-10 Soccer – Queen Elizabeth Field
Ages 5-6 Baseball – Outdoor Complex DIAMOND B
Ages 7-8 Baseball – Outdoor Complex DIAMOND A
Ages 11-14 Volleyball – Outdoor Complex behind Diamond A

Wednesday August 25th, 5:30-6:30 p.m.:
Ages 7-8 Soccer – Sioux Mountain Field
Ages 8-10 Volleyball – Outdoor Complex behind Diamond A 

Any parents who have questions or concerns about the upcoming minor sports rain dates are encouraged to call the Front Desk at the Recreation Centre at 737-1994.
