Curb Side Swap |
The Municipality facilitates curb side swaps every second Saturday of each month from April until October, weather permitting. Good used items can be left at your curb for others to pick up. Items not taken must be removed from the curb at the end of the day. |
Household Hazardous Waste Collection |
One-day events for collection and disposal of household hazardous waste are held by the Municipality on a yearly basis. The events are held at the Public Works Garage, 41 Fifth Avenue from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. The next date for hazardous waste collection will be announced in the summer of 2025. Review the List of Items considered Household Hazardous Waste. The listed household hazardous waste items are no longer being accepted at the Municipal Landfill and will only be collected and disposed of on special one-day events. There is no fee to drop off the items during the one-day event. |
