Recreation and Culture Department Announces Second Phase of Re-Opening with the Weight Room

The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is excited to announce the second phase of the Fitness Centre reopening, following its closure in June for facility upgrades and improvements.

 As of Tuesday, October 15th, additional key areas of the facility are now open to the public, including:

 • Weight Room

 • Gymnasium

 • Cardio Room

 • Squash Court

 • Walking Track

While we are thrilled to welcome the community back to these areas, please note that the men’s changeroom, sauna and long-term lockers will remain closed at this time. These areas are expected to reopen soon, and we will provide updates as they become available.

Stay tuned for further announcements as we continue to reopen the remaining spaces.
